If you can’t sync your screenshots between your Oculus Quest headset and your mobile app, try following these steps to get it to work.
If they still don’t work, you might need to factory reset your VR goggles (as recommended by Meta Quest tech support). Or you have to send your score screenshots over to your phone manually.
The other alternative is to use the Quest PC app and transfer your file from the headset to your PC via cable.
