Gorilla Tag mini league allows players from a small group to play and compete with one another. It’s like a private league in fantasy sports. If you’re part of a team in Gorilla Tag, you may use a mini-league as your team’s training ground.
Gorilla Tag Mini-League Gameplay
You can play a mini-league like how you typically play Gorilla Tag – which is a game of tag. But you may compete as a team or as individuals.
Play Mini-League as a Team
Typically, competitive Gorilla Tag gameplay is based on team versus team format. Therefore, you may split your league members into two temporary teams. Let’s say Team X vs. Team Y.
You may score each team based on points they earned. For example, John and Jane are in Team X, while Team Y consists of Tom and Heather.
If Team X wins a round, you allocate one point each to John and Jane. The same goes for Tom and Heather of Team Y if they win a round.
Please note that the mini-league leaderboard ranks players individually based on their average points. Because players may switch teams, it’s best not to rank players based on wins.
Play Mini-League as Individuals
To play as individuals, you may use different competitive gameplays. Each gameplay has its advantages and disadvantages, depending on your game objective and the number of members playing.
Gorilla Tag Mini-League Scoring and Stats
Gorilla Tag mini-league scoring works by dividing a match into one to five rounds. Each player is allocated points and run time for each round. You may use your own points system – say one point for each win or more.
The league manager (or moderator) is in charge of entering match results. Players will then be ranked on the leaderboard based on average points earned.
